Project description

-       Provided financial assistance to 36 female teachers in different provinces across the country

-       2456 total student, 2146 girls student and 310 male students were able to continue their education. This demonstrates that with the HESSO team commitment many female students can still be provided with education services.

-       Of the above, 290 nomadic children of 140 were nomadic girls, one of the most forgotten children populations in the region. Nomadic girls require special attention as they are mobile for livelihoods. National and internationak NGOs never paid serious attention. More resources are needed to expand services to this sect of the needy population.

Despite several security and cultural challenges we have successfully delivered primary education to more than 2456 students including 2146 girls by recruiting 36 female teachers in 7 provinces of the country during the course of 3 months. Thousands of other people indirectly or indirectly benefited from the project across the country.
